During the stay at Hoshino Resorts Tomamu, we used a dinner buffet.From the conclusion, it is delicious as it is, but from the perspective of using Atami and Kobuchizawa's resonance, it was not interesting at all. The desserts and some side dishes were exactly the same as Atami, and the soft drinks were a cool machine, despite the reasonable price.The most delicious ones were hand-rolled salmon and salmon roe, and the eye-catching salmon and steak are decent.It is better to make a reservation during busy times. Especially with children, it seems that the seats will be close to the kids space in the order of early reservation.

One of the buffet that I try in Hoshino Tomamu. The selection is not as good as the one I had at nininupuri.To be honest I don't know if they all the restaurant serve the same breakfast or not, but when we had breakfast at hal, it serves French toast, ramen and the rest are the same as at nininupuri. The place is a bit old too.While at nininupuri, there are raw salmon, ikura etc which u can eat with rice.I didn't take the picture of the food here. I end up eating mostly the western food and a mini bowl of ramen.But overall it's a good food

I have only had breakfast here and that experience was perfect. Food was the best provided by any buffet I've ever had. Service was outstanding of course.

Buffet was expensive for what it offered; not many choices. Crab and steak station was popular but didn’t taste good at all, the steak was overcooked and crab not fresh. Can’t compare to the buffet we had at other onsen hotels/resorts. Did not have fresh fruit; cakes were poorly presented in large glass tubs instead of small cut pieces. Overall disappointing. Only thing we enjoyed was the crab miso soup.

Buffet with very long queuing , you have reservation and also need to que , that’s not it after you had seats when you went for food especially crab and beef another long long queuing to get them. That’s really annoyed .We stood in front of tepanyagi pan for queuing which was very smoky and terrible smell stick to your cloth. The food taste is average not so special worth for long waiting . Do not waste your time queuing . Go somewhere else.
